Warning: All Activities can be dangerous!
1. Ancaster Leisure Enterprises Ltd provides all protective equipment required for your activity. All safety equipment must be worn correctly while participating in an activity
2. Participants may use their own equipment providing it passes a safety inspection.
3. Off road helmets, Music devices or loose items such as scarves are not permitted while participating in an activity.
4. Activity equipment must remain on site and within its activity zone, no equipment may be taken into the car park.
5. All participants must obey all warning signs and remain within the activity zone until their session has finished, leaving the site without consulting management will forfeit any remaining session time.
6. All participants are required to attend and listen to a safety briefing before taking part.
7. All spectators may watch the sessions from the designated safe areas and are at their own risk, access to the pit lane or circuit is not permitted.
8. No alcohol/drugs are to be consumed on the premises before or during your activity, any participant suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be removed from site without a refund.
9. If you suffer from an illness that you suspect may affect you during an activity please inform management, we do not recommend participating if you are pregnant or suffer from back/neck problems.
10. The woodland areas contain undulating terrain and potential trip hazards, take care when moving around the woodlands and be aware of any obstacles.
11. Paintball Goggles/Helmets may only be removed once in the designated safe area, any participant seen removing their safety equipment will be removed from site without a refund.
12. Damaging or dropping safety equipment will result in a £20.00 fixed fine.
13. All reasonable actions are taken to ensure the safety of participants while undertaking an activity. It is the responsibility of the participant to obey all instructions issued by the marshals. The risk of an accident is increased if the participant encounters a lapse in concentration or judgement.
14. Ancaster Leisure Enterprises Ltd realises that accidents will happen and along with general wear and tear will accept certain levels of damage. However, damage caused by my wilful disregard of the instructions given to me by Ancaster Leisure Enterprises ltd or deliberate actions by me that will result in damage to machinery or property will be my responsibility and I will be liable for the financial cost of repair or replacement, some accidents may result in injury, first aid trained staff are available to assist if required, we do advise participants to seek further medical assistance should any further symptoms occur or if pain continues for prolonged periods.
15. Ancaster Leisure Enterprises Ltd accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings or vehicles left on site.
By signing this form I accept that I have read and understood the rules of the above declaration and I agree to be bound by them. All activities are dangerous and hazardous and are undertaken at my own risk. The management will not accept any liability howsoever caused for death, personal injury, loss or damage suffered by participants.
Furthermore, in respect of any parts of these events on grounds where third party insurance is not required by law, this agreement shall in addition to Ancaster Leisure Enterprises ltd, extend to all and any other participant and to all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of loss or damage to the person or property of myself or associated personnel.
